Calling all DMV Hand Dancers to the Floor. Duane Graves along with Kappa Community Development Foundation, Inc. brings you an opportunity to relax and Hand Dance on Martin Luther King's Holiday Weekend. Most of us have a three day weekend due to MLK Holiday on Monday. The Day Party proceeds are to benefit the CPSS Kappa League Mentoring Program. KCDF, Inc. is an IRS Designated 501 C 3 public charity. An MLK Holiday weekend Day Party in the DMV to support African American youth.
